What is the current lead time for a custom build?
Our current estimated build time for custom orders is 6 to 8 months, depending on the complexity of the hardware and finish requested.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our guitars worldwide. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 48-hour approval period for all non-custom instruments. If you are not satisfied, you may return the guitar for a full refund minus shipping costs, provided it is in original condition.
Are Novo guitars covered by a warranty?
Every Novo guitar comes with a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Can I choose my own pickups and hardware?
Our Select and Signature series allow for specific hardware and pickup configurations from our approved partners, including Fralin and Lollar. Contact our build team for specific requests.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. For custom builds, we provide milestone updates during the wood selection, painting, and assembly phases.
