At Novo Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-end audio and instrument gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
